Welcome to VIP Transfer of Attica. By using our website (viptransferofattica.com) and our transfer booking services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any booking.

1. General Terms

1.1. VIP Transfer of Attica provides private transfer services within Attica and other designated regions.

1.2. By making a booking through our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. 1.3. We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove any part of these terms without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Booking & Payment

2.1. All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or email.

2.2. The price of the transfer is displayed at the time of booking and may vary depending on factors such as distance, vehicle type, and additional services. 2.3. Payments can be made via credit/debit card, PayPal, or cash (if applicable). A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking.

2.4. VIP Transfer of Attica reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

3.1. All cancellations are non-refundable.

3.2. Cancellations from our side are 100% refundable.

3.3. No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 2 hours before the scheduled time) are non-refundable.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

4.1. Passengers must provide accurate details, including pickup/drop-off locations and contact information as requested on the booking form.

4.2. It is the passenger’s responsibility to be at the pickup location on time. Delays exceeding 30 minutes may result in cancellation without refund.

4.3. Passengers must comply with all local laws, including seat belt use and restrictions on smoking or consuming alcohol inside the vehicle.

4.4. Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger will be charged to the customer responsible.

5. Service Limitations & Liability

5.1. VIP Transfer of Attica strives to ensure timely service; however, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, or unforeseen circumstances.

5.2. We do not accept liability for missed flights, trains, or other scheduled events due to delays beyond our control.

5.3. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who is intoxicated, aggressive, or poses a threat to our drivers or vehicles.

5.4. Our maximum liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific transfer.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

6.1. We collect and store personal data necessary for booking and service provision. By using our services, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

6.2. Customer data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to complete the service.

7. Governing Law & Disputes

7.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Greece.

7.2. Any disputes arising from these terms will be settled in the competent courts of Athens.
